We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, in original unused condition, in the original packaging.

How to return

Email hello@sabbiafirenze.com with your order number to receive a return label. We will refund the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Exchanges follow the same process. Place a new order and return the original.

Non-returnable items

Items that have been used, monogrammed, or damaged after delivery cannot be returned.
